Tour-on-Wheels is an annual MSTMA event where members board a bus and
travel to different facilities around Minnesota and Western Wisconsin that are
of interest to Sports Turf Managers. Tour stops for 2010 will take us south and
west down Hwy. 169 with a starting point in Shakopee.
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

and Paul Griffin, City of Woodbury
The Minnesota Sports Turf Managers Association will select
a field from entries submitted and provide the labor for the renovation project.
Some materials will be donated or provided at a reduced cost. Volunteers from
your organization will be needed to complete the renovation project as well as
to care for the field after the
renovations are complete.
FALL WORKSHOP
SEPTEMBER 22, 2010
Chairs: Mark Sullivan, Tru-Green
and Kevin Fernandez, City of White Bear Lake
Turf Managers will spend a day of education and
camaraderie at a facility on September 22. There will be quality speakers and an
opportunity to see and try out the latest in sports turf maintenance equipment
for both natural and synthetic turf. .
